While Blueground provides apartments with a modern look and high-gloss pictures in Dubai, the overall quality provided does not reflect the high price that you’re paying. Cheap furniture, worn appliances and a maintenance crew that has to come by twice for every service request due to lacking qualification of the technicians made my stay end up far from the piece-of-mind experience I was hoping for. While the service team tried to rectify the situation, the compensation offered (2 complementary cleanings) did not offset the disappointing experience that continued until my departure.
