I used House of Beauty for over a year. Have had no problems. This last order I placed, never arrived. There is virtually no way to get this company to answer you, whether it be by texting thru their website or just a plain email. No response after many tries. The phone number just rings until it finally goes into a recording telling you the mailbox is full. I had finally had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Beware, you will regret buying from this company.

I have been pleased with the ease of ordering in the past and not having to be locked into establishing an account. Also, I appreciate the free shipping offer and expeditious delivery of the products!
